Policies
Processing Times: Most orders take one day. On orders of three or more pies, please allow three-day.
Orders placed after 5 pm are considered the next business day. For example, if you order on Monday at 5 pm, you can expect your order on Wednesday.
Deposits: I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on orders of 4 or more pies.
The final payment is due two days before your order's due date. I reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is not received.
Cancellations: I need a 24-hour notice for all orders. Canceled orders will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation is not requested in time, No refund will be given.
Delivery: Delivery is available and is $10.00 in the NWI area.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for any reason, but If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may reach out to Kim for a store credit.
