Thank you for choosing Sue & Kim’s Pies! By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Pickup Policy

• The pickup date, time, and location will be confirmed via email.
• Orders must be picked up within the scheduled pickup window.
• Failure to pick up during the confirmed time may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.
• Timely pickup ensures the best quality of your pies.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery date and estimated delivery time will be confirmed via email.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.
• Once the order is delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
• Sue & Kim’s Pies is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.
• Delivery is available for $10.00 within the NWI area.

Processing Times

• Most orders are completed within one day. For orders of three or more pies, please allow up to three days for preparation.
• Orders placed after 5 pm are considered for the next business day. For example, if you order on Monday at 5 pm, your order will be ready by Wednesday.

Deposits

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for orders of 4 or more pies.
• The final payment is due two days before your order’s due date. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received in time.

Cancellations

• A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
• Canceled orders will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• If cancellation is not requested within the required timeframe, no refund will be given.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be given for any reason. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to Kim for a store credit.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Exceptions

• In cases of defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

General Terms

• All sales are final due to the nature of our products.
• Our pies are made fresh in small batches by hand.
• Any changes must be requested before the confirmed pickup or delivery date and are not guaranteed.
• By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
